Warranty
We guarantee each new Beflo product is free of structural defects in artistry. Each new Beflo product will be free of structural defects in artistry and materials for the hip and materials for three years from the delivery date. This limited warranty is expressly limited to replacing a defective product or parts and is the consumer’s sole remedy. A repair or replacement under warranty does not extend the warranty period.
This warranty does not affect any statutory rights of the consumer. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper assembly. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, corrosion, or failure to follow the written cautionary instructions provided with the product or at www.gobeflo.com. Modification of any product or components shall void this warranty.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages
Please review your order when you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No returns product
Please note we can not accept returns on the aroma diffuser, gift cards, and on-sale items. Contact us at contact@thenonet.com if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within three days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.
We will respond in a week for the return request. Please note the wholes return process will take 15 business days after approval.
